Problems we solve
Community programs are hard to run on WhatsApp and Excel
These are the issues HR and CSR teams tell us about most.
01
Scattered organization
Sign-ups, reminders and attendance live in Teams chats, text threads, emails and spreadsheets, and get lost.
02
Weeks lost at year end
Contributions for the tax return, community investment figures and impact report data take weeks to collect, and nobody can trace where they came from.
03
Gifts the deduction can't use
From 2026, only corporate contributions above 1% of taxable income are deductible, and only to qualified organizations. Nobody checks until the return is due.
04
Paperwork missing at filing time
A gift of $250 or more needs a written acknowledgment from the charity, and a non-cash gift over $5,000 needs an appraisal. They are hard to chase months later.
05
Donations mixed with sponsorship
Community spending sits in separate spreadsheets, so nobody can say what was a contribution, what was sponsorship and which nonprofits had their EIN and 501(c)(3) status on file.
06
Low participation
The same few people volunteer every time, and most staff never hear about activities.
07
Photos without consent
Pictures of beneficiaries get shared without permission. Consent should be on record first, and children need a parent's or guardian's consent.
08
Untracked volunteer time off
Paid volunteer days are not recorded, so managers don't know who is away.
09
No proof of impact
Nobody measures whether activities helped anyone, or whether employees found them worthwhile.
10
No company-wide picture
Companies with many brands and sites can't see one combined view.

United States
What matters in the US
No law requires CSR spending
US companies are not required to spend a share of profit on CSR. What they deal with is the federal tax deduction for charitable contributions, the paperwork behind each gift, and what they tell the board, staff and investors about their impact on communities.
A 1% floor on the corporate deduction from 2026
Under section 170 of the Internal Revenue Code, as amended by the One Big Beautiful Bill Act (2025), a corporation deducts contributions to qualified organizations only above 1% of its taxable income, up to 10%, for tax years beginning after December 31, 2025. Amounts over 10% carry forward for five years; the amount under the floor usually doesn't. CorpHands estimates the deduction from your records and the taxable income you enter.
Paperwork behind each gift
A contribution of $250 or more needs a written acknowledgment from the charity, in hand by the time you file. A non-cash gift over $5,000 generally needs a qualified appraisal and Form 8283. CorpHands lists the gifts that are still missing them.
Qualified organizations
Contributions count when they go to a qualified organization, such as a 501(c)(3) public charity (check the IRS Tax Exempt Organization Search) or a government unit. Many states also require charities that raise funds to register. CorpHands records each nonprofit's EIN, 501(c)(3) status and state registration with its renewal date. Nothing is required and nothing is blocked.
Privacy and consent
Employee details and photos of beneficiaries are personal information, and a growing number of state privacy laws, such as California's, set rules for them. CorpHands processes the data on your company's behalf and keeps photo consent on record.
This is general information, not legal advice. Check the current rules with your legal team.

Your account and all its data hosted in the country you choose
Fully managed by CorpHands: updates, backups and monitoring included
No. Your company pays nonprofits directly from its own bank account. CorpHands only records the contribution and stores the charity's receipt or written acknowledgment.
Does CorpHands collect donations from employees or the public?
No. CorpHands does not process donations, payroll giving or matching gifts. It records your company's volunteering and the payments your company makes to nonprofits, each marked as a donation or sponsorship.
Where is our data stored?
On the secure CorpHands cloud. If your policy requires a specific hosting country, we can host your account there on request. Or choose private hosting on your own servers.
How does private hosting work?
We install CorpHands on your servers or your company's cloud account and maintain it for you. It costs $30,000 one-time setup plus $15,000 per year, on top of an Enterprise plan.
What does the free trial include?
30 days with every feature included, so you can try the full product. No payment card is needed.
How long is the contract?
One year, paid yearly. You can change plans at renewal.
How fast can we start?
Most companies are running within a day: upload your employee list, add your charity partners and publish your first activity.
Do charities pay?
No. Charities apply for sponsorship through your company's public request form, free of charge, and never pay CorpHands anything.
We have many brands and sites. Will it work?
Yes. Enterprise supports separate brands and companies, with their own admins, plus one combined view.
What happens to our data if we leave?
You can export all your data to Excel at any time. After cancellation we delete it within 30 days, or sooner if you ask.
Does CorpHands work out our charitable contribution deduction?
It estimates it. You enter taxable income before the charitable deduction; CorpHands adds up the contributions paid in the tax year to qualified organizations (501(c)(3) public charities with their EIN recorded, and government units) and applies the 1% floor and 10% ceiling that apply from 2026. Carryovers from earlier years are not included, and your tax adviser confirms the figure.
Does CorpHands check the IRS records for us?
No. You check each organization in the IRS Tax Exempt Organization Search and record its EIN and 501(c)(3) status. CorpHands then lists the contributions that won't count yet, the gifts of $250 or more without a written acknowledgment, and the non-cash gifts over $5,000 that need an appraisal.
Is CSR spending required by law in the US?
No. There is no federal requirement for companies to spend on CSR. The tax deduction for charitable contributions and your own impact reporting are where the records matter.
