Seasonal drives people actually join

MLK Day of Service in January, the 9/11 Day of Service and Remembrance in September and a Thanksgiving food drive in November: much of the community calendar is seasonal. CorpHands turns each season into a campaign with a goal and a clear picture of progress.

An MLK Day of Service campaign

How a campaign runs in CorpHands

1

Create the campaign

Start from the MLK Day of Service template: the week leading up to the third Monday in January, an hours goal and two suggested activities are filled in.

2

Add activities

A half-day project with a local nonprofit and a letter and care kit session for a shelter, with places, times and logistics.

3

Fill the places

Every employee is notified by email; joiners get a calendar invite; waitlists fill canceled places.

4

Show progress

The campaign page shows approved hours against the goal, the number of activities and people helped.

Logistics

Nothing forgotten on the day

Each activity carries its own checklist: transport, T-shirts, safety briefing, waiver forms, food and water, photo consent. The CSR team ticks items off as they're done.

CorpHands organizes volunteering and records your company's own donations. It does not collect money from the public or from employees: if your campaign includes giving, your company pays the nonprofit directly.
