Seasonal drives people actually join

National Day on 12 March, World Environment Day, International Volunteer Day, back to school in January: much of the community calendar is seasonal. CorpHands turns each season into a campaign with a goal and a clear picture of progress.

A National Day campaign

How a campaign runs in CorpHands

1

Create the campaign

Start from the National Day template: the dates around 12 March and an hours goal are filled in.

2

Add activities

A beach and lagoon clean-up, a blood donation drive and an afternoon at a home for the elderly, each linked to the campaign.

3

Fill the places

Every employee is notified by email; joiners get a calendar invite; waitlists fill cancelled places.

4

Show progress

The campaign page shows approved hours against the goal, the number of activities and people helped.

Logistics

Nothing forgotten on the day

Each activity carries its own checklist: transport, T-shirts, safety briefing, waiver forms, food and water, photo consent. The CSR team ticks items off as they're done.

CorpHands organises volunteering and records company CSR spending. It does not collect money from the public: if your campaign includes giving, your company pays the NGO directly. Employee volunteering does not count toward the section 50L CSR fund, so CorpHands reports the hours separately.
