How companies could use CorpHands

Four illustrative scenarios based on common situations in Mauritius. They are examples, not customer stories: the companies and figures are invented to show how the product works.

Illustrative examples. These are not real customers, and the numbers are for illustration only.
Illustrative example

A hotel group's National Day week

A hotel group with 2,000 staff across the island wants more people to join its National Day week of service than last year's WhatsApp sign-up managed.

  • Creates a campaign from the National Day template with an hours goal
  • Publishes beach clean-ups and a blood donation drive near each hotel and notifies everyone
  • Staff join from their phones; waitlists fill cancellations
  • QR check-in at each site; hours approve automatically
  • After the week, the campaign page shows hours against the goal

A listed company's CSR fund and annual report

A listed company must account for its section 50L CSR fund and report on social matters in its annual report, and has a year of CSR records scattered across emails.

  • Imports employees and adds its NGO partners with their Registrar of Associations number, BRN, NSIF registration and MRA charitable institution approval
  • Enters last year's chargeable income; the CSR fund page works out the fund and the MRA's share
  • Records each programme with its priority area, district and beneficiaries, and past payments with receipts
  • At year end, downloads the CSR fund statement and the Mauritius report pack
  • Uses the audit log to answer the auditor's questions
