Run every activity, partner and request from one place
The CSR workspace brings together the work that usually lives in five different spreadsheets: activities, people, charity partners, sponsorship requests, budget and photos.
Run every activity, partner and request from one place.

Activities
From template to QR screen in minutes
Start from a template for MLK Day of Service, the 9/11 Day of Service and Remembrance or a Thanksgiving food drive, or from scratch for a park clean-up. Add the nonprofit partner, place, time, hours credit and capacity, and tick off the logistics checklist as you go.
On the day, open the activity's QR screen on a laptop or tablet. Afterward, mark attendance, record how many people were helped, and the figures flow into your report.

Charity partners and requests
Know who you're working with
Keep each nonprofit's EIN, IRS 501(c)(3) status and state charity registration with its renewal date, with documents, in one place. Nothing is required and nothing is blocked, because some community groups are not 501(c)(3) organizations; but a sponsorship request can only be approved for an organization your team has marked verified.
Nonprofits send sponsorship requests through your own public form. Each request gets a score against your focus areas, verification status, expected impact and remaining budget, and approved requests become committed donations in the budget.

Budget and photos
Spend and consent, on the record
Set a yearly budget per program, split by country and brand if you need, and record every payment, cash or in-kind, with the charity's receipt or written acknowledgment, marked as a donation or sponsorship. Money always goes from your company straight to the nonprofit.
Photos are stored with a consent status. Employees and charity partners can send photos, which wait for your review. A photo that shows beneficiaries stays blurred and internal until a consent note is recorded.
