• Giving and tax page: charitable contribution deduction estimate for the tax year under the 1% floor and 10% ceiling that apply from 2026, with the amount carried forward and the amount under the floor
• Records to check: contributions to organizations without an EIN and 501(c)(3) status, gifts of $250 or more without a written acknowledgment, non-cash gifts over $5,000 that need an appraisal
• Community investment: cash, in-kind, volunteer time (approved hours × the value of a volunteer hour) and people helped, with a CSV
• Each payment marked as a donation or sponsorship
• Nonprofit partners with EIN, IRS 501(c)(3) status and state charity registration with its renewal date
• US report pack (XLSX or CSV): charitable deduction, contributions with their acknowledgment status and the GRI indicator rows
