Run every activity, partner and request from one place
The CSR workspace brings together the work that usually lives in five different spreadsheets: activities, people, NGO partners, funding requests, budget and photos.

Activities
From template to QR screen in minutes
Start from a template for Constitution Day (19 September), Earthquake Safety Day (Magh 2, mid-January), World Environment Day, back to school or a blood donation camp. Add the NGO partner, place, time, hours credit and capacity, and tick off the logistics checklist as you go.
On the day, open the activity's QR screen on a laptop or tablet. Afterwards, mark attendance, record how many people were helped, and the figures flow into your report.

NGO partners and requests
Know who you're working with
Keep each NGO's District Administration Office registration, Social Welfare Council affiliation, PAN and tax exemption certificate, with expiry dates and documents such as audited accounts, in one place. CorpHands flags registrations before they expire, such as the yearly District Administration Office renewal. Payments are not blocked, but a funding request can only be approved for an NGO your team has marked verified.
NGOs send funding requests through your own public form. Each request gets a score against your focus areas, registration status, expected impact and remaining budget, and approved requests become committed spending in the budget.

Budget and photos
Spend and consent, on the record
Set a yearly budget per programme, with its CSR area and province, and record every payment, cash or in-kind, with the receipt. Money always goes from your company straight to the NGO, community organisation or supplier. The CSR fund page then shows spending against your 1% fund.
Photos are stored with a consent status. Employees and NGO partners can send photos, which wait for your review. A photo that shows beneficiaries stays blurred and internal until a consent note is recorded.
