1% of net profit

Your CSR fund, worked out

Choose the rules that apply to you: industry, bank or financial institution, insurer or other company. The CSR fund page works out 1% of last year's net profit, adds what was carried forward, and shows spending by CSR area and by province, with the deadlines for your sector.

It checks the figures it can see in your records: for banks, 60% spent in the year, 10% in each province for national-level institutions and at most 5% on one programme; for industries, at least half in areas affected by your operations. Programmes carry their CSR area, province, district, beneficiaries and % in extreme poverty, so the CSR statement and the Nepal report pack come straight from your records.

  • All seven provinces, from Koshi to Sudurpashchim
  • Volunteer hours reported separately, not as CSR spending
  • Amounts in Nepalese rupees, Nepali fiscal year (FY 2083/84) in every report
