Is CorpHands available in Nepali?
Not yet. For companies in Nepal, CorpHands is in English today. Nepali is planned.
How fast can we start?
Most companies are running within a day: upload your employee list, add your NGO partners and publish your first activity.
We have many companies and sites. Will it work?
Yes. Enterprise supports separate brands and companies, with their own admins, plus one combined group view.
Do NGOs pay?
No. NGOs apply for funding through your company's request form, free of charge, and never pay CorpHands anything.
Do employees need to download an app?
No. CorpHands works in the phone's browser from a link. Employees can add it to their home screen so it opens like an app.
Can we use it for activities that aren't with an NGO?
Yes. Activities can be linked to an NGO partner or stand alone, for example an internal blood drive or a skills workshop.
Is CorpHands a time-tracking tool?
No. It records community activities and volunteering hours only. It never tracks working time or screens, and never follows your location. An optional location check at check-in is used once, with your consent.
Pricing & billing
What does the free trial include?
30 days with every feature included, so you can try the full product. No payment card is needed.
How long is the contract?
One year, paid yearly. You can change plans at renewal.
How does private hosting work?
We install CorpHands on your servers or your company's cloud account and maintain it for you. It costs NPR 15,00,000 one-time setup plus NPR 7,50,000 per year, on top of an Enterprise plan.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your data is kept, but changes pause until you choose a plan. Request a plan from Plan and billing and we send an invoice.
How are seats counted?
By active employees in your company, plus pending invitations. Starter covers up to 100, Business up to 1,000, Enterprise has no limit.
Can we pay online?
Today we invoice in Nepalese rupees and you pay by bank transfer. Online card payment is planned.
Data & security
Where is our data stored?
On the secure CorpHands cloud. If your policy requires a specific hosting country, we can host your account there on request. Or choose private hosting on your own servers.
What happens to our data if we leave?
You can export all your data to Excel at any time. After cancellation we delete it within 30 days, or sooner if you ask.
Who can see an employee's hours?
The employee, their line manager and the CSR admins. Colleagues see names on leaderboards only if the person opts in.
Can we export everything?
Yes. Admins can download a full data export, and reports, budgets and sign-ups export to Excel or CSV.
Compliance
Does CSR money go through CorpHands?
No. Your company pays NGOs and community organisations directly from its own bank account. CorpHands only records the payment and stores the receipt.
Does CorpHands make us compliant with Nepal's CSR rules?
No software can do that on its own. CorpHands works out the 1% CSR fund from the figures you enter, checks the rules for industries, banks and insurers, shows the deadlines, and keeps the records your auditor and regulator will ask for: programmes by CSR area and province, NGO records and receipts. Confirm the figures with your auditor and take advice on your obligations.
Can NGOs use CorpHands to raise money from the public?
No. CorpHands has no public fundraising. NGOs can only apply to your company for sponsorship through your request form.
