CorpHands records community work, not people's lives. Here is exactly what is stored, what is never stored, and who can see it.
What is recorded
Information CorpHands keeps
About employees
- Name, work email, optional phone
- Department, brand, country, job title, manager
- Language preference and skills you add
- Whether you appear on leaderboards
About volunteering
- Activities joined, waitlists and attendance
- Hours, their source (QR, self-reported, manual) and approval status
- Evidence files you upload for self-reported hours
- Feedback ratings and comments
- Volunteer leave requests and decisions
About giving
- NGO partners, registrations and documents
- Funding requests and decisions
- Company donations with receipts
- Photos and their consent status
- Perks redemptions (offer and date)
What is never recorded
Things CorpHands does not do
No tracking of work activity
CorpHands does not monitor screens, keystrokes, apps, browsing or working hours. It is not a time-tracking or productivity tool.
No location tracking
CorpHands never follows where you are. If your company turns on location check for an activity, your phone shares its position once, only when you check in and only after you agree. You can still check in without it.
No payment details
CorpHands never handles donations, card numbers or bank details. Your company pays NGOs directly.
No selling or sharing of data
Your data is used only to run your company's programme. It is not sold or shared with advertisers.
