Run every activity, partner and request from one place
The CSR workspace brings together the work that usually lives in five different spreadsheets: activities, people, charity partners, sponsorship requests, budget and photos.
Run every activity, partner and request from one place.

Hours approvals
Approve hours with evidence: QR scan, photo or charity letter.

Charity Commission, OSCR and CCNI numbers, HMRC charity reference and Companies House number for every charity, with review dates and documents.
Sponsorship request inbox

Donation and in-kind register
Record company donations with official receipts from charities. Money goes directly to the charity.
Media library with consent
Every photo stored with its consent record.
Surveys and engagement
Build surveys, anonymous by default, and track satisfaction and participation.
Announcements and stories
Share news, and impact stories with consent-checked photos, with all staff. Announce activities by email and WhatsApp.
Activities
From template to QR screen in minutes
Start from a template for Volunteers' Week, Trustees' Week or Christmas giving, or from scratch for a park clean-up. Add the charity partner, place, time, hours credit, capacity and UK region, and tick off the logistics checklist as you go.
On the day, open the activity's QR screen on a laptop or tablet. Afterwards, mark attendance, record how many people were helped, and the figures flow into your report.

Charity partners and requests
Know who you're working with
Keep each charity's register number (Charity Commission for England and Wales, OSCR or the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland), HMRC charity reference and Companies House number, with review dates and documents, in one place. Nothing is required and nothing is blocked, because some small, exempt or excepted charities have no register number; but a sponsorship request can only be approved for a charity your team has marked verified.
Charities send sponsorship requests through your own public form. Each request gets a score against your focus areas, verification status, expected impact and remaining budget, and approved requests become committed donations in the budget.

Budget and photos
Spend and consent, on the record
Set a yearly budget per programme, split by country and brand if you need, and record every payment, cash or in-kind, with the charity's receipt, marked as a donation or sponsorship. Money always goes from your company straight to the charity.
Photos are stored with a consent status. Employees and charity partners can send photos, which wait for your review. A photo that shows beneficiaries stays blurred and internal until a consent note is recorded.
