What it is
Most CSR teams in India receive sponsorship and donation requests by email, WhatsApp and letter. «CorpHands» gives you one public form instead. NGOs fill it in, get a reference number by email, and the request lands in your inbox with a policy score from 0 to 100.
The score combines four things: fit with your focus areas, the NGO's registration status, expected impact (cost per person helped) and budget left in the matching programme. You set the focus areas and weights. When you decide, «CorpHands» emails the applicant a decision letter. If you approve, the amount is added to your budget as a committed donation. «CorpHands» never collects money; your company pays the NGO directly.
What you can use it for
- Share one link on your website or in replies to NGOs, so every request arrives in the same format.
- Sort new requests by policy score so the strongest fits are reviewed first.
- Link a request to an NGO in your directory, or add the applicant as a new NGO.
- Approve or decline with a consistent decision letter.
- Keep a record of every request, decision and reason for your auditors.
How to do it

Review a request
- Open the inboxIn Requests, use the New, Reviewing, Approved and Declined tabs. New requests are sorted by score.

- Link the NGOUnder Linked NGO, choose an NGO and click Link, or click Add as new NGO. The score updates.
Decide
- ApproveChoose a Budget programme, add an optional Note to the applicant and click Approve request. The linked NGO must have its CSR-1 and a valid 12A/12AB, or be a government body.
- Or declineWrite the Reason for declining (sent to the applicant) and click Decline request.
- Follow upAfter approval, click See it in the budget. Record the receipt there when your company pays.
Tips and good practice
- Use Recalculate when budgets or the NGO's registration change after the request arrived.
- The score supports your decision; it does not make it. Read the request and the attachment.
- On Starter, the form accepts up to 50 requests per calendar year. After that, applicants see that you aren't accepting requests right now. Business and Enterprise have no limit.
- Put the link on your website's CSR page so NGOs always find the current form.
