Good records, by default
Section 135 makes CSR spending a legal duty for larger companies, and auditors want to see where every rupee went and who received it. CorpHands is designed so that the easy way to run your programme is also the well-documented way.
Designed to keep you on the right side of the rules
CorpHands is software. It organises and records your CSR and community work. It does not collect or hold money.
CorpHands helps you keep good records. Your legal and compliance team remains responsible for meeting local rules.
- CSR money never passes through CorpHandsYour company pays NGOs and implementing agencies directly. We only record the payment and the receipt.
- Registration checks on NGOsRecord each NGO's CSR-1, PAN, 12A/12AB and 80G, and get alerts before a certificate expires. Payments stay blocked while a required registration is missing.
- Consent for every photoBeneficiary and employee photos carry a consent record before they can be shared.
- An audit trail behind every numberEach figure in your CSR report links to the projects, approvals and receipts behind it.
- Your data, where you need itChoose the country your data is hosted in, including India, on request. Or keep it on your own servers.
Rules the software enforces
No money handling
There is no checkout and no wallet. Donation records describe payments your company made directly to a registered NGO, with the receipt attached.
No payment without registrations
A request can only be approved, and a payment recorded, when the NGO's required registrations (CSR-1, PAN and 12A/12AB) are on file and in date, or when it is a government body.
No 'paid' without a receipt
A donation can only be marked paid with a receipt number or an uploaded receipt.
No public photo without consent
Photos showing beneficiaries stay blurred and internal until a consent note is recorded.
No anonymous records
Every hour, request decision and donation is linked to a named person in your company, which supports the record-keeping regulators increasingly expect.
Everything is traceable
The audit log records who approved, declined or changed what, and when.

What matters in India
Companies Act 2013, section 135
Companies with a net worth of ₹500 crore, turnover of ₹1,000 crore or net profit of ₹5 crore spend at least 2% of their average net profit on Schedule VII activities. Unspent money must move to an Unspent CSR Account or a government fund by fixed deadlines. CorpHands works out the obligation, tracks every rupee and prepares the annual CSR report and Form CSR-2 data.
NGO checks: CSR-1, 12A/12AB and 80G
Implementing agencies need a CSR-1 registration number from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, and NGOs need their income-tax registrations. CorpHands records each one, checks the CSR-1 and PAN formats, and alerts you before a certificate expires.
SEBI BRSR, Principle 8
The top 1,000 listed companies report the beneficiaries of each CSR project and the share from vulnerable and marginalised groups. CorpHands exports that table, ready for your BRSR.
Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023
Its core duties apply from 13 May 2027. CorpHands acts as your data processor, and your account can be hosted in India on request.
