What it is
Some of the best activity ideas come from employees who already volunteer with an NGO or know a community need. Suggest a cause gives them a simple way to pass ideas to the CSR team, instead of an email that gets lost.
You describe the idea, optionally name the NGO, and follow its status in the app. The CSR team reviews every suggestion and can turn a good one into an activity or an NGO record in a couple of clicks.
Only registered NGOs can become partners, so the CSR team checks the NGO's registration before working with it.
What you can use it for
- Propose an NGO you already volunteer with
- Suggest a seasonal idea, such as a Daan Utsav collection or back-to-school kits in June
- Point out a community need near one of your offices
- Offer an idea for a skills-based project
- Give the CSR team a steady pipeline of employee-led ideas

- Say why the idea matters and roughly how many volunteers it needs.
- Status changes show in the app; the CSR team may also contact you directly to discuss details.
- CSR teams: review new suggestions regularly so employees see their ideas are taken seriously.
