What it is
CorpHands helps you see progress in three places. The ESG report compares every indicator with the previous year. Campaigns can have a goal in volunteer hours, with a progress bar. The Budget page sets a yearly budget per programme and shows how much is committed and paid.
There is no separate screen for annual KPI targets, such as a participation target of 40%. If you have such targets, keep them in your strategy document and compare them with the figures in CorpHands.
What you can use it for
- Report “hours up 18% on last year” with a figure that comes straight from approved records.
- Set a Daan Utsav or Independence Day campaign goal, such as 1,000 volunteer hours, and show progress to employees.
- Plan the yearly CSR budget by programme and watch how much remains.
- Look back at earlier years on the dashboard and the ESG report.
How to do it
Compare with last year
- Open the ESG reportGo to CSR workspace → ESG report and choose the reporting year.
- Read the comparisonEach row shows Previous year and Change in percent, green for up and red for down.
- Look further backChoose an earlier year (up to four years back on this page, two on Overview) and choose View.
Set a campaign goal
- Create the campaignGo to CSR workspace → Campaigns → New campaign.
- Enter the goalFill in Goal (volunteer hours), the dates and the description.
- Link activitiesWhen you create an activity, choose the campaign in the Campaign field. Approved hours from those activities count towards the goal.
- Follow progressThe campaign list shows “{hours} of {goal} hours”. Employees also see the active campaign's progress on their home screen.
Set the yearly budget
- Add programmesGo to CSR workspace → Budget and choose Add programme with its budget for the year.
- Record donationsRecord each donation with the NGO's receipt. Total budget, Committed and paid and Remaining update.
Tips and good practice
- A change in percent is only shown when the previous year has a value. A first year in CorpHands shows “—”.
- If you change the hourly value of volunteer time in Settings, the estimated value changes for both years in the comparison.
- Campaign goals count approved hours only.
Questions
Can I set a target for each ESG indicator?
Not today. CorpHands has campaign hour goals and programme budgets. Per-indicator annual targets are not built.
Can I compare more than two years in one table?
The table compares the chosen year with the year before. Switch years to look further back, or export each year to Excel.
Do employees see the campaign goal?
Yes. The active campaign and its progress appear on the employee home screen.
