What it is

CorpHands gives you two ways to hear from employees. Activity feedback is automatic: after someone attends an activity, Home asks them for a rating from 1 to 5, whether they would join again, and an optional comment. The Feedback page brings these together per activity.

Surveys are for everything else: a yearly pulse on the volunteering programme, ideas for next Ramadan, or follow-up questions for the people who joined one activity. You write the questions in English and Arabic and choose the type for each: Rating 1–5, Recommend score 0–10, One choice, Several choices or Written answer.

Surveys are anonymous by default. CorpHands then keeps only a one-way code that stops people answering twice; nobody, including admins, can see who answered what. To protect anonymity, results appear only after the survey closes and only if at least three people answered, and the CSV contains totals rather than one row per person.

What you can use it for

  • Run a yearly pulse on the volunteering programme with a recommend score
  • Ask the participants of one activity how it could be better
  • Choose next season's causes by letting employees vote
  • Collect ideas in written answers without names
  • Show engagement in management updates: response rate, average rating and would-join-again rate

How to do it

Create and open a survey

  1. Start a surveyGo to CSR workspace → Surveys, choose New survey, enter the title (and Arabic title), an introduction and Who answers: everyone in the company or the participants of one activity. Keep Anonymous answers on unless you need names. Select Create survey.
  2. Add questionsUnder Add a question, pick the type, write the question in English and Arabic and, for choice questions, the choices one per line. Tick Answer required if needed. Use Move up and Move down to order them (up to 30 questions).
  3. Open itOptionally set Closes on. Select Open survey, with Email everyone it's for ticked to invite people. Employees then see it under Surveys and on Home.

Read the results

  1. Open the surveyClick the survey in the list. Results shows how many of the audience answered.
  2. Read each questionRatings show the average and spread, the recommend score shows promoters, passives and detractors, choice questions show counts, and written answers are listed without names when the survey is anonymous.
  3. Export or closeSelect Download CSV: named surveys give one row per person; anonymous surveys give totals per question. Select Close survey when you are done; you can Reopen it later.

Read activity feedback

  1. Open FeedbackGo to CSR workspace → Feedback. See the average rating, the number of ratings and the share who would join again.
  2. Compare activitiesUse the table to compare activities and read Latest comments. Activity feedback is not anonymous: comments show the employee's name.

Tips and good practice

  • Keep surveys short: five to eight questions get far more answers than twenty.
  • Questions can only change while a survey is a draft, and anonymity can't change after it opens, so check before opening.
  • Use the recommend score once a year with the same wording, so you can compare years.
  • Tell employees whether a survey is anonymous. CorpHands also shows it on the survey itself.

Questions

Can admins see who answered an anonymous survey?

No. CorpHands stores only a one-way code to stop duplicate answers, not the person. For anonymous surveys the CSV has totals only, never one row per person.

Why can't I see results yet?

Anonymous results appear when the survey closes, and only if at least three people answered, so nobody can be identified.

Can people answer twice?

No. Each person can answer a survey once.

Who can create surveys?

Owners, admins and coordinators. Auditors can view results but not change surveys.
