What it is

The ESG report page prepares the “community” part of your sustainability or annual report. Every figure comes from approved records in CorpHands: volunteer hours, activities, charity partners, donations and feedback. You do not copy numbers from spreadsheets.

Each indicator has an indicative reference, for example GRI 413-1, GRI 201-1 or Boursa Kuwait ESG (S). These references help your sustainability team place the figures. They are a starting point, not a final mapping, and CorpHands does not give legal or assurance advice.

Below the indicators, the page adds breakdowns, the UN Sustainable Development Goals your activities supported, impact totals, a verification summary, a framework mapping and authority report packs. Each of these has its own article.

What you can use it for

  • Produce the community investment and employee volunteering section of a Boursa Kuwait ESG report or a GRI-referenced report.
  • Compare this year with last year: each indicator shows the previous year and the change in percent.
  • Show the SDGs supported, based on the categories of activities that had approved hours.
  • Download a CSV of the indicators and breakdowns, or an Excel workbook with raw activities, hours and donations.
  • Open the Printable report, a board-ready summary you can save as PDF.

How to do it

Prepare the report for a year

  1. Open the pageGo to CSR workspace → ESG report.
  2. Choose the reporting yearPick a year from the list (the current year and four before it) and choose View.
  3. Check the indicatorsRead the table: Indicator, the year, Previous year, Change and Reference. The estimated value of volunteer time uses the hourly rate set in Settings (“Value of one volunteer hour”).
  4. Review the breakdownsVolunteer hours by month, By department, By category, By charity partner and, on Enterprise with brands, By brand.
  5. ExportChoose Export CSV, Export Excel or Printable report at the top of the page.

Tips and good practice

  • Close the year first: approve or reject all hours, record donations with receipts and enter beneficiary numbers on finished activities.
  • Agree the hourly rate for volunteer time with finance before you publish. The rate changes the estimated value for every year shown.
  • Read the note under the table: references are indicative. Confirm the final mapping to the Boursa Kuwait ESG guide and GRI with your sustainability adviser.
  • SDGs are suggested from activity categories (for example food → SDG 2, education → SDG 4). Check they match how you describe your programme.
  • Every export is written to the audit log, so you can show who exported what and when.
