What it is
Most people who need your CSR results will not log in to CorpHands. This article covers the files you can give them.
The Printable report is a four-page A4 board summary: a cover with the headline figures; key figures with your summary text, monthly hours and department and category breakdowns; impact totals with verification rings and SDGs; and the indicators with the framework mapping. Use your browser's Print or save as PDF.
Employees can also print a volunteer certificate for the year, showing their confirmed hours and number of activities.
What you can use it for
- Send a PDF board summary before the board or sustainability committee meets.
- Give your sustainability consultant an Excel file with raw activities, hours and donations.
- Hand an auditor the indicator CSV together with the audit log CSV.
- Let employees add a certificate of their volunteer hours to their CV.
- Export the donation register or an activity's sign-up list as CSV.
How to do it

Tips and good practice
- The board summary text is stored in the browser where you added it. Add it again on another computer, or paste it into your own document.
- Exports are in the language you are using. Switch language to get Arabic or English column headings.
- All report exports are recorded in the audit log.
- Certificates count approved hours only. Approve pending hours before employees print them.
Questions
Can someone outside the company check a certificate?
Yes. They scan the QR code on the certificate or open /certificate/verify and enter the code, without signing in. The page shows Valid certificate with the employee's name, the company, the year and the approved hours and activities when the certificate was last updated, or Certificate not found or Certificate revoked. It confirms what your CSR team approved; CorpHands does not verify the activities independently.
Do exports include personal data?
The ESG CSV and Excel do not list employee names. The sign-up CSV, the audit log CSV and the full data export do include names or emails, so share them carefully.
Which year does the printable report cover?
The year selected on the ESG report page when you open it. Change the year and choose View first if you need another year.
