What it is

Gulf authorities and exchanges ask for community contributions in their own categories. Authority report packs take your CorpHands data for a year and lay it out in those categories as an Excel (XLSX) or CSV file, in the language you are using.

CorpHands prepares data only. It does not submit anything to an authority, and a pack is not an official form. Authorities can change their forms, categories and definitions at any time. Every file carries a note: confirm the current form and definitions with the authority before submitting.

What you can use it for

  • UAE, Majra (National CSR Fund): a preparation pack for the Sustainable Impact Digital Portal, with contributions grouped by declaration area (indicative).
  • Saudi Arabia: a national CSR contributions pack by sector. The national CSR policy is still being drafted, so sectors may change when it is published.
  • GCC Exchanges unified ESG metrics: social metrics only, voluntary disclosure guidance.
  • Boursa Kuwait ESG reporting guide: social metrics only.

How to do it

Download a pack

  1. Choose the yearGo to CSR workspace → ESG report, select the reporting year and choose View.
  2. Find your packScroll to Authority report packs. The pack for your company's country is first and tagged Your country (Kuwait → Boursa Kuwait, UAE → Majra, Saudi Arabia → national CSR pack, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman → GCC Exchanges).
  3. DownloadChoose XLSX or CSV. To get the pack in the other language, switch the interface language first.
  4. Review and transferCheck the figures with your team, then enter them in the authority's own portal or form yourself.

Tips and good practice

  • Each pack has a Cover sheet with the totals, the authority, the currency and the date prepared.
  • Majra and Saudi packs add contributions by area or sector, activities and evidence, impact outputs and beneficiary charities. GCC and Boursa packs add the social metrics rows from the framework mapping.
  • The Activities & evidence sheet lists each activity with the charity licence number, approved hours, partner-confirmed attendance and sign-off details.
  • Donations are grouped by the charity's first focus area, and a volunteer can be counted in more than one row. Both notes are in the file.
  • Every pack download is recorded in the audit log.
