What it is
CorpHands has three plans. Starter and Business include the same features: activities, QR check-in, hours, volunteer leave, leaderboards, perks, sponsorship requests, charities, budget, photos, the full ESG report with Excel export and the AI report writer. They differ only in usage limits.
Enterprise removes the limits and adds brands and several countries, single sign-on, the REST API and HR system sync, plus dedicated onboarding and a service-level agreement. Prices are in your local currency and change from time to time, so see Pricing for current figures.
What you can use it for
- Starter: up to 100 employees, 2 CSR admins, 10 charity partners, 5 perks partners and 50 sponsorship requests a year.
- Business: up to 1,000 employees and 10 CSR admins; unlimited charity partners, perks partners and sponsorship requests.
- Enterprise: no limits, plus brands and countries, single sign-on, API and HR sync, branded subdomain and custom domain.
- Free trial: 30 days with every feature, including Enterprise ones, and Business limits.
- Private hosting: an Enterprise add-on. See Hosting and data location.
How to do it
Check your usage
- Open Plan and billingGo to CSR workspace → Plan and billing.
- Read the cardsThe top card shows your current plan and status (trial days left, Paid until, or Paused). Seats shows how many employees you use.
- Review limitsUsage and plan limits shows each limit with a bar that turns amber near the limit and red when it is reached.
Change or renew your plan
- Request the planOn the plan you want, select Request this plan. CorpHands sends your invoice within one working day.
- Pay by bank transferInvoices are payable by bank transfer within 14 days. Online card payment is not available yet.
- Find your invoicesPaid and open invoices are listed under Invoices. Select View to open or print one.
Tips and good practice
- At a limit, CorpHands blocks only the action that would go over it, such as inviting another employee, adding an eleventh charity on Starter or giving a third person the CSR admin role, and points you to Plan and billing. Nothing is deleted.
- When the yearly sponsorship-request limit is reached, your public request form tells applicants that you are not accepting requests right now.
- Coordinators and auditors do not count as CSR admins, so you can add them on any plan.
- Seats can be raised for your company by CorpHands without changing plan. Ask us if you are slightly over.
Questions
What happens when the trial ends?
Seven days before the end, admins see a reminder. After it ends your data is kept, but changes are paused (read-only) until a plan is active.
What if we pay late?
CorpHands keeps working for a 14-day grace period after your Paid until date. After that the account is paused: everyone can sign in and read, but nobody can change data until payment arrives.
Do invoices include VAT?
Prices exclude VAT. VAT is added where it applies in your country. See Country, currency and time zone.
Is anything missing from Starter?
Only the Enterprise items: brands and several countries, single sign-on, the API and HR sync, and a subdomain or custom domain. Everything else is included.
