Safeguards built into the product
Company separation
Every record belongs to one company. Every page and action checks that the signed-in person belongs to that company.
Roles and permissions
Owners, CSR admins, regional coordinators (limited to their brand, country or department), read-only auditors, line managers and employees each see only what their role needs.
Protected files
Receipts, licences and photos are served only to the CSR team of the same company. Employees can open only their own files, and photos used in published impact stories.
Tamper-evident audit log
Approvals, decisions and settings changes are recorded with who did what and when. Each entry is chained to the one before, so any edit or deletion shows up when the log is checked.
Sign-in protection
Single sign-on with Microsoft Entra ID, Google or Okta on Enterprise. Passwords are hashed, repeated failed sign-ins are slowed down, and stored integration secrets are encrypted.
Privacy by default
Leaderboards are opt-in, and merchants verifying a perks card see only a first name and company.
Flexible hosting, in the country you need
The standard service runs on the secure CorpHands cloud. Companies whose policy requires a specific hosting country can ask us to host their account there, including Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Kuwait and other GCC countries. For organisations whose policy requires it, the Enterprise private hosting option installs CorpHands on your own servers or your company's cloud account, using the same software.
- Full data export (JSON) by company admins, with secrets removed
