What it is
My impact is your personal record. It shows your confirmed volunteer hours for the year by month, the badges you have earned, and a link to a printable certificate.
Only hours approved by your CSR team count here, the same rule used in company reports. Hours waiting for confirmation appear on Home and in My hours, so you always know what is still pending.
The certificate is useful for a CV, a university application or a professional profile.
What you can use it for
- Track how many hours you have volunteered this year
- See which months you were most active
- Collect badges such as First step, 10 hours, Ramadan helper and Skills mentor
- Print or save a certificate of confirmed hours for your CV
- Report volunteering you did outside company activities, with evidence

- Points on Home are simply your confirmed hours multiplied by ten.
- Attach evidence when you report outside hours; it makes approval faster.
- If a record is rejected, the email tells you why and what would help.
Questions
Why don't my latest hours show yet?
They are waiting for confirmation. They count once the CSR team approves them.
How do I earn the badges?
First step: your first approved record. 10, 25 and 50 hours: total approved hours. Ramadan helper: hours in a Ramadan campaign. Skills mentor: hours in a skills-based activity. Team player: five or more approved records.
Can I get a certificate for last year?
The button on My impact opens the current year. Ask your CSR team if you need an earlier year. Certificates always use confirmed hours only.
Who can see My impact?
Your own chart and badges are for you. Your line manager and CSR team see your hours in their own views.
Can an employer or university check my certificate?
Yes. They scan the QR code or open /certificate/verify and enter the code. The page shows your name, the company, the year and your approved hours at the time the certificate was last updated, or whether your company revoked it.
