Some organisations need all data to stay inside their own infrastructure. Private hosting installs the same CorpHands software in your environment, and we maintain it for you.
From agreement to go-live
Scope
We agree the environment: your servers or your company's cloud account, domain and email.
Install
CorpHands runs as standard containers with its own PostgreSQL database and automatic HTTPS.
Hand over
Your administrators get the platform admin login, backups and an operations guide.
Maintain
We apply updates and security fixes on a schedule you approve.

What we need from your IT team
A server or cloud account
A Linux server with Docker, or a cloud account we can deploy into.
A domain name
For example community.yourcompany.com, pointed at the server.
An email service
SMTP details so invitations, reminders and decision letters can be sent.
