What it is

Branding makes CorpHands feel like your company's own programme. Your logo replaces the CorpHands logo in the app, and your primary and accent colours are used for buttons, links and highlights. Dark mode gets a lighter version of each colour automatically.

On Enterprise you can also give employees a sign-in address of your own. Visitors to that address see “Sign in to {your company} on CorpHands” with your logo and colours, which helps employees trust the link in an invitation or a Ramadan campaign email.

What you can use it for

  • Upload your logo (PNG, JPG or SVG, up to 1 MB; a square logo works best).
  • Set a Primary colour and an Accent colour and check them in the Preview.
  • Return to the default look with Reset to CorpHands colours.
  • Claim a Company subdomain on the CorpHands address (Enterprise).
  • Use a Custom domain on your own website's domain, for example csr.company.com (Enterprise).

How to do it

Add your logo and colours

  1. Open BrandingGo to CSR workspace → Branding.
  2. Upload the logoUnder Logo, choose the Logo file and save. SVG files with scripts or external links are rejected; export a plain SVG instead.
  3. Pick coloursUnder Colours, enter the primary and accent colours as #RRGGBB. If CorpHands warns about low contrast, choose a darker shade so button text stays readable.

Set up a custom domain (Enterprise)

  1. Enter the domainUnder Web address → Custom domain, enter a subdomain of your company website, for example csr.company.com, and save.
  2. Add two DNS recordsAsk your IT team to add the CNAME record that points to CorpHands and the TXT record _corphands.<your domain> shown on the page. The TXT record proves your company owns the domain.
  3. Check DNSSelect Check DNS. DNS changes can take a few hours. When the domain shows as verified, your branded sign-in page is live.

Tips and good practice

  • Aim for at least 4.5:1 contrast between your primary colour and white. Very light brand colours make white button text hard to read.
  • Subdomains use 3–30 characters (a–z, 0–9 and hyphens). Some names, such as www, app, api, admin and partner, are reserved.
  • For a root domain (no subdomain), use A records with the same addresses as the CNAME target instead.
  • Sign-ins are per address. People who use the custom domain sign in there; cookies are not shared between addresses.

Questions

Can Starter or Business customers use their own domain?

No. Logo and colours are on every plan; subdomains and custom domains are part of Enterprise, and you can try them during the free trial.

Someone else claimed our domain first. What happens?

A domain is branded only after both DNS records are verified. An unverified claim never blocks you: when you prove ownership, the other claim is released.

Does branding change the emails CorpHands sends?

Emails use your company name in English or Arabic. The logo and colours apply to the app and the branded sign-in page.

Who can change branding?

Owners and CSR admins.
