Starter and Business include exactly the same features. The only differences are these limits.
How billing works
Yearly, in your currency
Plans are billed once a year in your local currency (KWD, AED, SAR, QAR, BHD or OMR), with VAT where it applies. We send an invoice and you pay by bank transfer. Online card payment is planned.
30-day free trial
Every feature, no card needed. When the trial ends your data is kept but changes pause until a plan is active.
Starter or Business?
Both plans include exactly the same features. Starter suits up to 100 employees with 2 CSR admins, 10 charity partners, 5 perks partners and 50 sponsorship requests a year. Business raises these to 1,000 employees and 10 admins, with no limit on partners or requests.
Seats
Seats are active employees plus pending invitations: up to 100 on Starter, up to 1,000 on Business, unlimited on Enterprise.
Onboarding workshop
Optional for Starter and Business: KD 150 for a guided setup and training session.
Upgrades and renewals
Upgrade at any time by requesting a new plan in Plan and billing. Plans renew yearly; you can change plan at renewal.

What does the free trial include?
30 days with every feature included, so you can try the full product. No payment card is needed.
How long is the contract?
One year, paid yearly. You can change plans at renewal.
How does private hosting work?
We install CorpHands on your servers or your company's cloud account and maintain it for you. It costs KD 5,000 one-time setup plus KD 2,500 per year, on top of an Enterprise plan.
Can our data stay in our own country?
Yes, as an add-on on request. Your account then runs entirely in an in-country region: sign-in, employee details, activities, photos and reports. Our main system only knows your company name, plan and region, for billing.
Is there a monthly option?
Not at the moment. Plans are yearly, which keeps prices low and fits how most companies budget for CSR.
Do charities or merchants pay anything?
No. Charities apply through your request form for free, and partner shops verify perks cards for free.
What do we pay for donations through CorpHands?
Nothing. Donations never pass through CorpHands. Your company pays charities directly and records the receipt.
