Through your company's public form: who they are, licence number, what they need, amount, cash or in-kind, beneficiaries. They get a reference number by email.

You decide
Link or add the charity, check the licence, then approve against a programme or decline with a reason.
Letter and record
A decision letter is emailed in Arabic and English; approvals become committed donations in your budget.

No approval without a licence
A request can't be approved unless it's linked to a charity with a valid licence, or to a government body. Unknown applicants are added as pending until your team verifies them.
